Here are the most common reasons folks get password errors:

If something else in is in the Account Name field, delete it!

Always leave the Account Name and Password radio button selected.

All text is case sensitive. Type Account Names and Passwords EXACTLY as they appear in your Registration Code email.

Check your spelling.

Make sure you do not have the CAPS LOCK key on.

You can change the default Account Name that is used in the password dialog box by going to the Preferences screen of Martial Arts Organizer 4, and clicking the 'Set User Name' link at the bottom. Enter your preferred User Name in the 'Other' field.
