Here's a problem that only occurs on Windows computers: missing text on screens such as ID cards or invoices.
This is a known font corruption issue in the Windows operating system which has been present for a number of years.
If this fixes the problem, but the problem reoccurs at a later date this indicates there is an issue with your operating system which is causing the fonts to corrupt. Please ask your computer expert to troubleshoot your operating system for corruption.
Here's the solution:
1) Click here to download the Arial Truetype font.
2) Uncompress the file. (It's zipped.)
3) Open Control Panels, then open Fonts.
4) Drag the Arial font into the Fonts folder, OVERWRITING the old font if necessary.
5) Restart your computer.
