Tuition Ledgers are Gone! You'll now create Invoices for payments you expected. Use the new Duplicate Invoice options for unlimited flexibility! Using Month to Month or Weekly tuition? Use the Auto Dup feature to have invoices created on the fly, you set the date or number of days.
Form Letters, Envelopes & Certificates Users can now select create much more customized letters, envelopes and certificates. In a letter or certificate you can modify the font, it's style, size, color, alignment and more. Text in certificates can now be moved anywhere on the page. Drag and drop to insert merge fields.
School Information Styles: Enter as many styles as you wish. Ranks: New and improved method for quickly entering rank information. Class Curriculum: Enter what gets taught, at what level. New Staff Fields: Affiliated Organizations, Expertise, First Aid, Insurance. Staff Info Printout: Includes photo, staff information and an ID card. Staff ID Cards: There are now four Staff ID cards to choose from. Clock in & Out: While recording attendance, staffers can Clock in or out using their ID card.
