You can network the Studio Organizer.
A special license is not required and the Studio Organizer.com does not charge any additional fees for networking, however additional hardware and software is required.
All of the networking details in are the built in Help. Just click the Help button on any screen then select "Networking" for the drop down list of categories. Please read "Networking the Studio Organizer" and "Setting Up Your Network." This information is in the Working with Data tutorial as well.
This is about at technical as the Studio Organizer gets, so please have your computer guru help out with this one.
Since it's not possible to record attendance while using other features of the Studio Organizer on a single computer, networking is a great way to dedicate a computer to attendance check in, but it's not required.
You can also set up a dedicated attendance computer without a network. To set up a dedicated attendance computer without a network please read "Attendance Computer - No Network Required" in the built in Help, also under the Networking category.
